Data Processing Agreements: All third-party service providers who receive personal data from ju99 are required to enter into a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us. These agreements specify the lawful purpose for processing, the security standards to be maintained, the prohibition on sub-processing without approval, and the obligation to assist with player data rights requests.
International Transfers: Some of our technology providers — particularly game studio partners such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe — operate servers outside Bangladesh. Where your anonymised session data is processed on servers outside your home jurisdiction, we ensure contractual protections are in place to maintain the same data protection standards that apply within Bangladesh.

OTP Protection: All logins from unrecognised devices trigger a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. This mandatory two-factor step prevents account takeover even if your password has been compromised. Keep your registered mobile number current in your account settings.
Phishing Warning: ju99 will never ask for your account password, OTP code, or full payment credentials via email, SMS, or support chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from ju99 and requesting this information, it is fraudulent. Do not respond and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Your Privacy Rights

As a registered player on ju99, you have a defined set of rights over your personal data. These rights are explained below along with instructions on how to exercise each one.

  • Right of Access
    You have the right to request a copy of all personal data that ju99 holds about you. This is sometimes called a Subject Access Request (SAR). You can update most of your account information directly through the Account Settings panel. For corrections to identity data (name, date of birth) that was originally verified through KYC, please contact support — re-verification may be required before the change takes effect.
  • Right to Erasure
    You may request that ju99 delete your personal data. This right applies where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent and there is no other legal basis for processing, or where the data has been processed unlawfully. Note that erasure requests cannot be fulfilled for data that we are legally required to retain — for example, transaction records and KYC documents that must be held for regulatory compliance purposes (see Section 7).
  • Right to Restrict Processing
    You may request that ju99 restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data we hold, or while an objection to processing is being assessed. During a restriction period, ju99 may store your data but will not actively process it beyond the restricted purpose.
  • Right to Data Portability
    Where ju99 processes your personal data on the basis of consent or contract performance, you have the right to receive a copy of that data in a structured, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV). This allows you to transfer your data to another service provider if you choose. Portability requests are processed within 30 days.
  • Right to Object
    You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on ju99's legitimate interests — for example, behavioural analytics used for platform improvement. If you object, ju99 will cease that processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. You may also object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing — this right is absolute and will be actioned immediately.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent
    Where ju99 relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing — for example, for sending marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. How to Submit a Rights Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line DATA RIGHTS REQUEST. Include your full registered name, registered mobile number, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before processing any request. All requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and fulfilled within 30 days.
Limits on Rights: Certain rights cannot override ju99's legal obligations. For example, we cannot erase transaction records, KYC documents, or AML-related data that we are required by law to retain. Where a request cannot be fulfilled in full, we will explain the specific reason and tell you which portion of the request we are able to action.

ju99 retains your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to comply with applicable legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes that may arise.
