These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ju99 platform and all services offered at ju99.bet. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please review them carefully before continuing.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one account on ju99. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
18+ Only — Strictly Enforced
ju99 services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required before the first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and all balances returned to the registered payment method.
BDT Wallet — No Conversion
All balances, stakes, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ju99 does not apply currency conversion charges. What you deposit and win is what you withdraw.
Account Security is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ju99 will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Bonus Terms Are Binding
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotions, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ju99.bet or using any service provided by ju99, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. This section explains how that agreement is formed and what it covers.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ju99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the ju99 website at ju99.bet, the betting and casino services available therein, any promotional materials, and all related communications between you and the platform.
By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, or by simply continuing to access and use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
- You agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
ju99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read alongside the ju99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
ju99 operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years. No exceptions are made under any circumstance. This section outlines all eligibility conditions that must be satisfied before an account may be used.
To register and use a ju99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

Players who are found to be under 18 at any point will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions reversed where possible, and all balances returned to the payment method used for deposit. No winnings from any session conducted while underage will be paid out.

02Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use ju99.

03Single Account: You may hold only one registered account at any time. Players with pre-existing accounts — including suspended or closed accounts — are not permitted to register a new account without prior written authorisation from the ju99 support team.

04Accurate Information: All registration information including your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number must be accurate, current, and verifiable. Registration using false information is a material breach of these Terms.

05Not on Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through ju99 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme you have enrolled in.

06Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. ju99 does not provide legal advice on local gambling laws. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and may constitute a breach of local law.
Account Registration & Security
Your ju99 account is personal to you. This section covers the registration process, your responsibilities regarding account security, and how ju99 handles identity verification.
3.1 Registration Process
To register an account, you must provide a valid mobile number, a unique password of your choosing, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. Registration is free of charge. ju99 does not charge a registration or account maintenance fee.
Upon submission of the registration form, ju99 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before activating full account functionality. This includes — but is not limited to — a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and in some cases a selfie holding your ID document for biometric verification purposes.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ju99 will never contact you to ask for your password, PIN, or one-time passcode (OTP) via email, SMS, or support chat.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ju99 immediately by emailing [email protected] with the subject line URGENT — SECURITY. Upon receipt, our team will suspend the account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep the personal information on your account current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be made through the Account Settings panel and may require re-verification before the change takes effect.
3.4 KYC and Identity Verification
ju99 is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. As part of this commitment, the platform may request identity documents at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal, when deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when account activity triggers a manual review flag.
Players who fail to provide the requested documentation within the stated timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the verification is completed. Funds in the account remain safe during any pending verification period.
3.5 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active account. If a player is found to have registered more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — ju99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses credited to them, and at its discretion, confiscate any funds derived from promotional play on those accounts.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ju99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion charges. This section governs deposit and withdrawal conditions, processing times, and limits.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
ju99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ju99, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to clear depending on the sending institution.
Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 3 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 3 to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in that promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
4.5 Taxes and Duties
ju99 does not deduct taxes or withholding charges from player withdrawals at the platform level. Players are solely responsible for declaring any winnings to the relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction in accordance with applicable local law. ju99 does not provide tax advice.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
ju99 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. This section sets out the general terms that apply to all promotions.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses offered by ju99 are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet using the bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit combined, as specified per promotion) before the resulting balance becomes available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, time limit, and minimum deposit threshold are stated in the specific terms of each individual promotion.
Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus wallet, which is separate from the real-money wallet. Real-money funds are used first for bets unless a player elects to activate a bonus. Once a bonus is activated, it cannot be deactivated mid-wagering-cycle.
5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required actions (such as a qualifying deposit of a minimum stated amount) within the promotion window. Players who have applied self-exclusion, deposit limits that prevent the qualifying deposit, or are otherwise restricted on their accounts are not eligible for bonus offers during the restriction period.
5.3 Prohibited Bonus Activity
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited. Detection of any of the following will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

04Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to place bets during a bonus wagering period.

05Colluding with other players — including friends and family members — during a bonus period in a way that transfers the effective risk of wagering between accounts.
Betting & Gaming Rules
This section governs the specific rules that apply to sports betting, casino games, and crash game sessions conducted through the ju99 platform.
6.1 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on ju99 are subject to the platform's betting rules at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play (live) bets are accepted at ju99's discretion and may be subject to delay or rejection during periods of high market volatility.
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required portion of play has been completed (as defined per sport in the platform's sports-specific rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. In-play bets placed after the minimum completion threshold will be settled based on the score or result at the time of abandonment.
Cricket betting rules apply specifically to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral international series. Bangladesh Tigers matches — both home and away — are covered across all available formats. Specific market settlement rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, Super Overs, and tied matches are published in the sports rules section of the platform.
6.2 Casino and RNG Game Rules
All casino games available on ju99 use independently certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel. ju99 does not modify RTP settings at the platform level.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player. ju99 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game session.
6.3 Live Casino Rules
Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules for each live table game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. ju99 does not operate its own live dealing studios and is not responsible for the conduct of live dealers beyond what is governed by its commercial agreements with the providers.
In the event that a live game session is interrupted due to a studio technical fault, the round will be voided in accordance with the provider's rules and stakes returned. Completed rounds that have been fully resolved by the dealer before any interruption will be settled as recorded.
6.4 Crash Games
Crash games including Spribe's Aviator operate on a provably fair system with RNG-determined outcomes. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined before the round begins and is independently verifiable. ju99 does not control or influence crash multiplier outcomes. The minimum bet for crash games and the cash-out rules are governed by the individual game's rules as set by Spribe.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using ju99, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and ethical manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every registered player without exception.
7.1 General Obligations
You agree to use the ju99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when accessing the platform. You agree not to use the platform in a way that causes harm, inconvenience, or disruption to other players or to the platform's infrastructure.

01No Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in fraud of any kind, including providing false payment information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims on deposits.

02No Money Laundering: You must not use the ju99 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. ju99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious account activity as required by applicable regulations.

03No Automated Tools: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform. All account activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.

04No Collusion: You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game. This includes sharing hole-card information in poker variants, coordinated multi-account play, or any other form of coordinated strategy across accounts.

05No Platform Exploitation: You must not exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any player who discovers a technical error that results in incorrect payouts must report it to [email protected] immediately. Winnings accumulated through exploitation of known errors may be voided.

06No Third-Party Account Use: You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You must not access or use an account registered in another person's name. Each account is strictly personal to the registered holder.

07Respectful Conduct: You must treat ju99 support staff and any other players in shared game environments with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at staff or other players will result in account restrictions or closure.

08Compliance with Responsible Gaming Tools: If you have activated a self-exclusion or deposit limit through your account settings, you must not attempt to circumvent these tools by registering a new account or using a different payment method to bypass a deposit cap.
Account Suspension & Closure
This section explains the circumstances under which ju99 may suspend or close an account, and the process by which a player may voluntarily close their own account.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your ju99 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonuses will be cancelled. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control — please inform the support team of this when making your request. We will activate any appropriate responsible gaming measures before closure and will not send re-engagement marketing communications to accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons.
8.2 Suspension and Forced Closure by ju99
ju99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity.
- Bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or collusion with other players.
- Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
- Detection that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected compromise of the account by an unauthorised third party, where closure is in the player's own interest pending investigation.
- Any other conduct that ju99 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.
8.3 Treatment of Funds on Closure
In the event of a voluntary closure with no outstanding compliance issues, the remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
In the event of a forced closure due to a breach of these Terms, ju99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed — particularly in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering — ju99 may forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with the severity of the breach. Any forfeiture decision will be communicated to the player in writing via the registered email or mobile number.
Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus play that has not yet met wagering requirements will be cancelled upon closure regardless of the reason for closure.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This section sets out the limits of ju99's liability to players and the disclaimers that apply to the platform's services.
The ju99 platform and all services offered therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ju99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ju99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ju99 is not liable for losses arising from: events outside its reasonable control (force majeure), third-party payment provider failures or delays, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or the actions of third-party game providers. In all cases where ju99's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits ju99's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ju99 makes no representation that the games, betting markets, or services available on the platform are appropriate or legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.
